#102187 RE: entdoc #102185

Entdoc, cloak, MD1225,

Entdoc that is exactly what I'm alluding to. Although there may be flaws in my statement below, the statement is in Bavi's wheelhouse, and your way of thinking.

I've asked this question before, but it went un answered:

"If Bavituximab is administered and the goal is activate an immune response inside the tumor environment, and, as a result of this immune response you become tumor free, and you stay in remission, and the cancer never returns. What just happened?" Isn't that the foundation of immunity or a process of it? Remember your not irradicating the disease exclusively via Chemo/Rad/Surgery etc.. But rather using an immune response as a "killing blow", a vaccinating blow!

Now is it because of what Cloak is suggesting, "cloaked protection, inside cells"' or my therory that, we need to consider immunological memory and how, or a combination of the two, or something all together different?

All I really know is that between entdoc, FTM, Cloak, KT, MD, and others, this board is by far the most mind stimulating of any board anywhere! What I see, is a board providing good conversation, and good topics for those wanting to understand Bavituximab. What I fear the most, is that Peregrine "sales out", and Bavi is shelved by BP, and we are left with nothing to contemplate, except for our deep pockets. :)

"Maybe after exposure to Bavituximab, and an immune response is initiate for tumor-specific mutation or tumor specific antigen. Then by reasonably knowing that MHC class II mediates immunization specific immunity to an antigen, and MHC class I mediates destruction of host cells displaying that antigen, all of which are in Bavituximabs (Immune Response Wheelhouse), what if self-reactive T cells are deleted from the repertoire as a result of tolerance, and activated cytotoxic CD8+ T cells summoned during Bavituximabs immune response, continue without the presence of Bavituixmab?"

Thanks for listening,
John
