Pps wise deel is ideal for aps. But volume wise seems to be ELAY.

You are wrong, APS clearly stated that their pick will be a sub-penny. However, during their last newsletter they said that even though we promised that our pick will be a sub-penny the stock went to 0.01 without any official promo or news, also they hinted "don't (lay) around and miss it. I personally think it's ELAY but I am not 100% sure but it's worth a gamble.
