I just discovered that AAPT recently filed for the NUTRABAR TM registration (see below link), which they first put into use back on June 1, 2012. This procedure is being done in similar sequence to the TM registration that was performed for PAWTIZER earlier this year. All I can add is that based upon my DD, and long-time awareness of AAPT’s patent attorney, Arthur Aaronson, I have the upmost confidence in his legal expertise in this field of law.
