Since SRGE does not Own Cinco ... SRGE gets nothing.

BGL does not own, nor has ever owned Cinco Minas. The closest they ever came was when they went into a JV with MSJ who owned Cinco Minas at the time. BGL was to get 60% ownership of MSJ and Cinco Minas for the JV but MSJ claimed default by BGL and terminated the JV. With the JV terminated, BGL received ZERO percent of ownership of MSJ and zero percent ownership of Cinco minas. SRGE now owns Cinco Minas 100%
