Actually if you read the latest disclosure, you'd know that those shares were used to pay off debt incurred by previous management in 2010, before the R\M with BG Medical..and completely satisfied those debts.

It's all there...just gotta read..this is going out of trips for good soon, which is why people want shares.

You do know people can just call the SoS office to get the details of the merger between BG medical and Rightsmile, and hear for themselves that they are awaiting FINRA approval to merge the RIGH shares to BG MEDICAL, and that Nevada required the merging too company to be the current license used in the meantime right?
