At this point we did win, acra, but we still have to wade through the post-trial motions and rulings. Then the appeals, if settlement.

But we're in good shape, and the very fact that things aren't yet written in stone gives late-comers or longs who want to invest $ a chance to do so for awhile at these low prices.

I like our position a lot.
