APS is Awesomepennystocks. That's the name of a promotio company. Some call them scammers, promoters, bag sellers, blatant liars, pumps and dumps outfit, etc..etc..
I believe they are no more than a promoter. a promoters job is to pump up interest. And APS does this extremely well.
The problem with APS that I have seen is that they tend to attract get rich quick people into good stocks.
ELAY doesnt need APS at this stage.
