It was 2010-2011, and I was with a friend of mine who was very intune with the product and what it was capable of doing. He was blown away and talked about it the entire trip home. You can tell your an investor RBB, you ask me the same questions that at the time, I was asking him. He is a computer guy and makes well over 200k a year, and doesn't do any investing in anything but blue chips- which is why he didn't share our enthusiasm about the presence it can make in the market. I will say that the software is right, and the management WAS wrong....
If infact the Ants attorneys can prove even the slightest bit of wrongdoing from Kozak issuing the extra shares, then I believe they will be recalled and cancelled. Lets look at the facts, Kozak was a crook, and is currently being pursued by Ants attorneys. Look up Fletcher, he was no gem himself. No one will ever know what really happened behind the scenes, but it sure does seem strange what happened ..
At any rate, someone said it here before, the worst is over. If the attorneys can't make a case to recall shares for cancellation, Ants does have options. They could always buyback shares in the open market in small blocks over time... Wait.. Didn't they say they were doing something like that?
Just be ready when those filings are complete. I can't find the source where it says completion by EOY, but if that has any truth to it, we are going to have a very volatile December.
