Well, you have reached a new low.

GOOG 656.87

TWC 92.13

CMCSA 36.49

NWS 24.30

SNE 10.08

ICPA .003

DUDE, REALLY? GET A CLUE.

This post is more ridiculious than the NASDAQ post.

Planting seeds for these novice traders, suggesting that this stock can ever be in this league is unbelieveable.

Have you no shame?

I understand that iCPA is a longer term investment that will benefit long shareholders here!! I am looking forward to a few years down the road with the large footprint icpunch has established already, this company will be successful with a lot of hard work.. ICPA currently trading in the penny stock you can understand the concern that most investors have when they see the 4 billion A/S.. Most companies in the OTC market are scams and the CEO drain their shareholders I have seen it many times, that being said, I believe in you and have see the proof first hand that you are making huge successful steps forward with this company.. For the shareholder right now it sucks but if you are long here shareholders should not sweat it and just BUY!! These prices are ridiculously low!! Regardless of what few say a lot of ppl loading right now.. Have a good thanksgiving to all, and enjoy punch tv shows this thanksgiving on filmontv!!

Those are ridiculous comparison's, ICPA will likely have to R/S several times in the coming years if it is to grow through the sale of stock. You are doing the same as most penny stock companies, sell stock then R/S the shares. There are no investors in pinks&otcb issues, just traders. Your comments here at best are disingenuous to the highest power...

I'd like to throw my 2 cents into the ICPA world FWIW. I bought a chunk of shares back in the Spring when the sp was .0015. Sold half at just under a nickel per share. I'm keeping the rest on the back burner to see what happens in the future. Based on what you have said here on the board, it looks like its going to be a long time, if ever. Personally, I wish you the best and hope your company does good. You receive a lot of bashing from certain individuals on this board that's for sure. Probably b/c most of them have been burned too many times (myself included). If you're legit, go for it b/c it will help to benefit the shareholders. Just some friendly advice though b/c I have never been a basher ever on IHUB but when you use companies like Google and Comcast, that sends up a huge red flag for seasoned players. It practically screams scam. I'm not saying it is one but lets take smaller steps b/c the fact remains that icpa is a sub-penny stock. Best wishes to you (and us.)

Steven Samblis/CEO response Wednesday, 11/21/12 08:34:14 PM

I wanted to stop by and talk briefly about the conversations there have been in regard to our authorized shares. Our goal is to grow into a major "Media Company in the coming years. We have the foundation with the internet side, out of home and now a broadcast network. It will take time and hard work to get there of course but a step we can take now is in structuring the company to be prepared for this long term growth.

If you look at the companies that we see as leaders in the "Media Company" space you will find the share structure of their authorized below. Again we are a long ways away from emulating the success of these companies but our goal is to move in that direction.

GOOG 9 Billion
Time Warner 8.333 billion
Comcast 7.5 billion
News Corp 6 billion
Sony 3.6 billion

These companies also have others classes of stock. This just reflects the common stock for each. Again, we are a long way for our goals but we are able to build the company with the proper foundation. Moving the authorized to 4 billion is a step in that direction. It means we will not have to make changes in the years down the road and it makes the cost of funds much less expensive when we need short term financing as revenues begin to come in.

Was this a tool to hide upcoming dilution

Why the Hell would the alleged New Guy want to use some of the same tactics Steven M Samblis was using before he IMO allegedly left? Meaning keeping Investors in the dark about information the United States Securities Exchange should have?
