$RGFR - I think its an interesting situation as I am very found of East Texas assets and am working on several developments now in Rusk County, TX and Harrison County, TX.
However this deal should be viewed as highly speculative. The principle seller of Great Northern Energy has a checkered past and linked to several pump and dumps from what I can see. Not to saw this is matter of fact or that this deal would have a similar outcome but a word of caution.
