The enterprise value is negative (-$2.13M). How to explain that?

The OS is 27,600,437 shares. The float is 12,310,000 shares.

The insiders ownership is 44.37%. The institutions ownership is 34%.

Totally only 240,770 shares were shorted as of 11/30/2012.
