Yes, it appears like the SEC is picking at the smallest things. To me, that means that there isn't much left to pick at. So how do you see this as desperation by BVIG?

Most probably there is a reason for this 10k/A filing. If you read carefully it says:
This Amendment is being filed solely to replace the Report of the Independent Registered Public Accounting Firm included the Original Filing.

My BVIG shares are not far away in my opinion.

I wonder why they filed that. It doesn't change anything. To me it only means the S E C is riding them hard now. Picking nits. Looks like desperation on the part of BVIG right now.
