Coming back to the real world of BFAR, there are 3 SEC filings needed immediately to make this company come to life again.

1. Informing the the SEC of the company structure from the CEO all the way down to members of the Board of Director and the current mailing address for all written communication.

2. Informing the SEC of the legal firm with name and address that is representing this company in the USA.

3. Informing the SEC of the auditing firm either in China (usually some big company in Hong Kong) or the USA that will be certifying each filing as being truthfull and correct according to US standards.
