this is the confusing part..

how can a court order a running royalty rate of 3.5% without even defining it.


3.5% of what? all of googles revenues? all of their ad sense revenues or all of 20% of their adsense revenues.

surely the court needs to define what the running rate is to be applied to..

that would be like sentencing a man to 5 jail.. 5 what?

guess we shall find out soon enough..

there have to be more documents not yet shown.. it makes no sense to end it on this note.. its like a badly written novel.. (perhaps some before 801 which are yet unreleased)
