Try placing order on a limit order,,, as such limit buy 0.04 for example....
It is working so not sure why your getting that message, other thing is u could just call it in via phone customer service....

TD Amer won't deal in this sector due to they way the actual stocks are held. I went to Scottrade and bought it there for about the same fees.
