Right now I would like just 100% clarification if it is a bust. I would like light on this matter more than the RM itself going through. Im 50/50 on it.

I believe so but not totally sure, I get the impression they are itching to get the PR's flowing but must wait for the final filing to make it through FINRA first as that will officially seal the deal.
