There is no question we have reach a critical stage, from what I have been told there is one final FINRA filing left and the merger will be complete.....question is will that go though....if it does not then we are sunk and it's a bust, a total loss for JAQ shareholders and a lot of money down the toilet for Bailey himself.
If it does go through however, then we are GOLDEN IMO because there are interesting developments coming out of Russia on Rafarma that will blow investors minds when they find out. Things that will undoubtedly make Rafarma even more attractive then they already are to big pharma.
It comes down to risk vs reward at this point, could go either way, I'm 50/50 on it right now, hard to say which way it's going to go.
