Glover is an unethical turd that does NOT have you best interest in mind. He just wants your money; might I suggest you mail it directly to him, bypassing your purchase of additional FLRE shares? Send him some, send some to The Con Man Larson, and The Jester, aka Pat Morrison, could also use some holiday spending money.
