I just got off the phone with the management. The facts are that more than 6 assays were performed, each with samples taken from different parts of the property. The results were reviewed by management, and to be conservative, they determined that the 'mid ground assay result' would be the one that would be made public in the PR, rather than list each one. So....

1) More than one assay was performed.

2) Samples for each were taken from different parts of the claim.

3) Rather than posing the 6 or so results, they took the mid range one.

Sorry, but I overlooked asking the question of whether each and every one had positive findings.
