My thoughts exactly, it's a polite way to say "you're fired" by asking for a resignation from a high ranking person.

Also, WOFE is worthless because Frank was asked to liquidate the inventory probably to pay back as much as he can. That could be 10 cents on the dollar for all we know.

CAGR will not start up in China, too costly. If they do, time to double up on share count.

Why does Frank want WOFE? Search the internet, you'll soon find another company looking to get traction into China and using Frank's company.
