It seems pointless to issue that PR without first filing their delinquent 10Q's and 10K's. It's a no information pink sheet stock and will remain that way until they're caught up no matter what they claim in the PR. If they had submitted all the filings and then put out this pr this stock might be .20 by now but instead it will probably drift back to .03 since no one believes the company will actually follow through
