It is not just promotion. The way I have seen this stock move is with some group pushing it, with or without news. Before the merger was completed there was some groups that hyped it and pushed it to 40's. Then when the merger was completed, the stock did not move. Now, with news it is sitting quietly. Also, this is a quiet period. So maybe we will see, what happens when they do complete the merger. I am show, like any other penny stock, AUCI will someday have a good move too, especially for what this company is working on. IMO
