Sorry I may be wrong but I think it is a bunch of BS. Why would a company make an offer of double the market price with out sucking up all the market shares first? I took my profits last month and I am out, no sour grapes here but just stop and think about it, the insiders have been selling at every opportunity and will not jump on an offer of double what they can get toay?
