The only negative "possibility" is MSFT terminating the partnership with MIMV. But why would they? MSFT has nothing to loose, they need to try anything and everything to bring more people to their ecosystem.

And even then, there are plenty of other companies in desperate need to promote their apps. MIMV is not obligated to work ONLY with MSFT.
