I'm still betting there will be some big, unexpected "change of plans" right before construction begins. Some new opportunity that will be even more profitable and that’s “just too good to pass up”, but oh darn, it will require more time and a halt any construction.

Or, maybe MDCE will come at it with an administrative angle. A delay because of permits or an approval issue.

These are my guesses. I will be shocked if we see any news that the clinic is ACTUALLY being built...with proof!
