What happened to Esperions drug after being bought by Big Pharma?
They reduced plaque by 40% after 1 month.
Problems with manufacturing?

According to http://www.cbsnews.com/8301-505123_162-33740056/esperion-escapes-the-pfizer-borg/ , it does appear to have been manufacturing (and other) difficulties. I believe MDCO is having the same issues. Presumably the Resverlogix approach doesn't have these issues, though there are still the efficacy and safety questions that have to be definitively answered.
