Ok let's do it your way. We go to trial. We win. Then Tmobile says they don't agree to the outcome. Now we get ready for another trial say a year or maybe two. I don't want to go thru this again or spend the time. Like I said before its just my opinion on what I would like. You might not mind going 1 , 2 or even 3 more years. Sorry not me.
