Even if this creep that people are calling who pretends to be James Beatty is IN FACT the famed Canadien financier and ex-merchant banker ... then it would still dovetail nicely into the overall truth here. And that is that ASYI is in fact DEAD, DEAD, DEAD. It became DEAD, DEAD, DEAD the moment that the "Masked Stranger" acquired a whopping 80% interest in the company back in late June/early July. From that moment on, neither Beatty nor Haines were running the show. Whether or not he's still "associated" with ASYI is totally unimportant. I'm sure that he does, however, still remain "associated" with the 4,700,000 shares of ASYI preferred stock that he still owns.

And by the way, he does have a son. Two of them in fact.
