Elite noted on the call, that they are looking for possibly cash out their investment of Novel Labs, of course to fund the studies of their abuse resistant line.

Regarding Novel

Its a number of products question. Novel is a private company

Its is a quantity question. Just based on FDA, the companies website and some press releases

Check out the questions here.

The questions remain

How many products are assigned to Novel per the FDA? 10, 15, 20, 25?

How many products in development? 20, 30, 40, 50? 100?

How many first to file ANDAs?

Provide the links so everyone can see them. Include the data Hike posted which included some revenue on a couple of Novels many products.

Here is another question, Elite is expecting to resolve the API issue shortly. Regarding Phentermine API holding up launch of the two new Phentermine products:

How much wholesale revenue based on AWP does the 15mg and 30mg capsules generate in the US based on IMS data and provide the number of competitors.

Then include the numbers from Qysmia which the 15mg is a generic component.

Is it $20m, $30m, $40m , $50m?

with 5 comps, 6 comps, etc...

Then include Qysmia projected revnenue

Again just numbers

Nope, stocks go down totally on supply and demand, usually has little to do with underlying value of the company. Got ELTP???

stocks do go down for good reason. Often that has nothing to do with the company itself. Many times there is an orchestrated effort to keep the price lower. Just ask Bear Stearns

Seems like the obvious reasons would be Purdue, Pfizer, etc. They hace a vesed interest in making sure ELTP isn't successful. Recently every time something good is released by ELTP the pps goes down. It is completely counter intuitive to how the stock market works. There is a definite benefit for others to see ELTP fail and we are seeing the results of the efforts on a daily basis.

So when the stock market dips post-presidential election, thats a good reason? Company fundamentals across the market have changed? Hmm.
