Any Lawyers, Accountants, Auditors or Transfer agents want to be paid in cash, and as we see MDCE does not have any or has had any since 2007. As well anyone flying to China ( a ticket to china can cost 5k ) or around China, needs to be compensated in some fashion in accordance with their expenses and there expertise.


Not sure if a public company needs a transfer agent, will verify that, will check TA if they have one, it should be listed on their web site but I did not see it listed.
