Its the process of V(D)J recombination and Cytokines that are responsible for class switching. You know? B cells of the immune system perform genetic recombination, called immunoglobulin class switching. It is a biological mechanism that changes an antibody from one class to another, for example, from an isotype called IgM to an isotype called IgG
So, you ask whats this have to do Bavituximab? Bavituximab can only do effect in tumor angiogenesis, and tumor vasculature? Yes, and king of immunity food chain, I say.
