Yes It will cost someone 3 bucks to 10 bucks to do the trade an amount that is not an issue. His/her intent is to mark it lower to cause a long or 2 to sell so can buy cheap. Not so unusual Clue as im sure thats what is taking place. It will be .20 tomorrow easy wont matter.
