There absolutely are MMs on penny stocks and they have outsize influence relative to non penny stocks. There is in fact a thread in a MJNA press release where I belive they discuss employing a MM after uplisting, auditing etc. Why would they discuss MMs if they did not exist, the questions on this board get downright silly at times, no MMs come on people.
