It's way below radar, no one cares because there's no volume, when there is volume it's from the old sellers cashing in their chips, the company doesn't bother with earnings guidance or results until the SEC filings, the chart looks like crap most of the time, and there's too many flashy pumped stocks out there to really bother much with PHFB. In the grand scheme of things, these are incredibly cheap prices for a stock that in its' own time will soar. When exponential revenue inevitably creates interest, there just won't really be that many shares available to buy, 'cause nobody's paying attention to the low float either.
