I've had a few people with fires tell me it was a nightmare. Who keeps receipts on everything?

So yes, next best thing is video and then negotiation takes place.

So sad many still without power there. Think longest we've gone was 13 days. That's a lot of gas for the generator and you really have to do an attitude check as it gets to you after a while no matter how blessed you feel to at least have a few lights etc.
