The next hoax. Obviously a dirt track doesn't warrant being publicly traded. And it's likely better off standing alone, away from some penny scam, if it really has any value as a real business.
That's why the whole stupid fake windfarm thing got drummed up. They knew a dirt track wasn't sexy enough for a penny scam.
So now they'll move on to the next hoax: likely the oil shale thing. But who knows for sure. Could be gold or a cure for cancer.
