First, Nunez has a very long history of lying to mmtc shareholders...... nearly everything he says is a lie. His telephone rumors are lies. Read his pr's and given timelines - nothing but repeated lies.
Second, look up Jeffery Nunez on the SEC page. You will find he has been found in stock fraud by the SEC and restricted from doing business with any NASD member...... that includes OSIS and nearly anyone else.
Nunez has claimed that OSIS manufactures the mit 1000. That is another lie. Here are two legal documents: One from the AOAC and the other is the mmtc 10Q which was submitted by mmtc to the SEC.
