Thanks for the update Sparks on the Humphries suit. Always appreciate your insight/opinions on things that are above my paygrade. One question, does preclusion mean that if the judge is not satisfied with the response that the suit could be dismissed with predjudice? Thanks in advance for your opinion. GLTA-flippers, short term, long term holders. I am a long term holder but you can't argue that some flippers have made money. GO HLNT, Jim
