Absolutely NOTHING about KATX main MM or any stock SEC is investigating IS KNOWN.

KATX will own 12% of BVIG when S-1 approved.
That's great for shareholders,
spin-off shares will come after S-1 approval.

I sent a message to KAT inquiring about the status of the shares that were suppose to be issued and never got a response. With KAT trading lower and lower and BVIG trading in the cents, it seems KAT shareholders were snookered.
