There are countless mines in the southwest, all of which sit on top of water basis that are underground........how many? several hundred perhaps.......all of the southwest is subject to this sort of scare. How hard is it to pay somebody to put something together? Lawyers are not a dime a dozen, they are less than that; starving for business. I am a successful lawyer, and get get resumes emailed to me on a weekly basis, so I know that you can get one of these without picking up a phone......The company has speculated that there is some sort of old land grant advantage this cat Poindexter has an angle on; I have an easier one: threaten this to somehow hurt the stock price and load up baby on sub 1 aurcana. I have been adding quite a bit here below 1 so I am a beneficiary....this will not last long. In 2 years from now let the guy put up 100K plus in engineering studies to make some sort of bogus claim. Science will always prevail. From everything, absolutely EVERYTHING I have read, the fact is the guy does not even have an argument based on engineering studies from reputable people He is accumulating the stock, as many adjacent property owners in mining districts will do so with bogus claims.....like I say, not a shred, not a syllable of evidence about what he is even proposing, other than yelling fire in a crowded restuarant to scare people. "...if this area of the American southwest runs out of water, and this mine uses it all up and if the aquifier is not replenished, and if they divert all the water, and if a spaceship lands here where we are defenseless as citizens, and if and if and if and........if a frog had wings, the frog would not smash his butt on the rocks, every time he jumps....blah blah blah.. Money impresses a lot of people. Especially when people do not have money. I am a trial lawyer, my whole life, almost 30 years, and tried almost every sort of case you can imagine (but not a mining case fwiw!) and I am not impressed even a little bit..........what is to be scared about? he has not even advanced a theoretical argument, let alone a position that has weak evidence?
