I'm going to have to agree with you on this one.

Every shareholder should seek equal opportunity to visit TECO offices and see for themsleves whats really happening

They need to come see for themselves. And they need to go to the sites and view what's happening.

I'm going myself and if anyone wants to join me, you are more than welcome to take a ride with me to West Texas when I go.
