Calrod, look at my last 10 or so posts...you will see I have been critical... but there is a difference between my and others here. I am critical of things that are factual...but I am also invested here and I continue to do the proper DD to see where my investment stands.
As for the merger and them acquiring CWS and NEEL you need to know and fully understand how public vs private companys must do things. When a private company buys or merges with another company there is about 60% less paper work to complete and file. The completion of a merger between private companys takes about 1/3 the time to officially complete.
What pisses me off about this outfit is its failuar to deliver on a timely basis... but when all is looked at and added up, this is far from a scam in my opinion. Also I must retract my previous statements where I siad the company was diluting... Q shows they have not as the shares are restricted....
