The BOD investigated Paul Feller starting in march and he is gone... also in the smdi 10Q


1. All lawsuits settled
2. CFO contract being negotiated
3. Raised 1.5 Million in Oct.
4. Reduced overhead, rentals spaces
5. Plan to raise $10 Million more
6. $1.2 Million in DEFFERRED SALARIES for the year...Last 10Q it was $813,000 in deferred salaries. It doesn't look like the team are taking wages yet...

Looks like smdi/pele finally has some responsible folks at the helm...

I AM STARTING TO SEE WHY ISAAC BLECH, SOL BARER, JERRY RUBINSTEIN, JACK SCHNEIDER, SEYMOUR SEIGEL HAVE NOW COME ABOARD...I think we may see some action
