Nexphase manufactures and sells Led Lights for commercial business. They also sell these discounted lighting lamps for homes as well.
ONTC bought Nexphase sometime ago. This new company had operated as a private company in the past. Soon, it will become public and will trade on the market like ONTC is currently. That's why ONTC gave those free shares to some of their investors just to get the O/S started. This new company is suppose to help ONTC finances in the near future. That's the whole purpose of setting it up as a seperate company in my oppinion.
Mr. Svorai will become NexPhase president while Mr. Schcolnik will be ONTC's president. Should be interesting to see how this all turns out.
