that wouldve been what happened but apparently the trustee is not going for that... its obvious walter wants this company sunk- nobody in their right mind would want to liquidate an entire company that still has assetts and the ceo wants to continue business and inists that he could be profitable... either way either with bankruptcy or through the settlemnet/split walter wouldve been released from any liabilities.. he must want the company sunk... I think the big problem is that this has become much more than just business- its become very personal between walter and mario...
