So...to you, an increase in the Authorized shares automatically means full dilution to the full amount of the Authorized shares?

Seems to me that would be terribly irresponsible of them and would hurt them more than the little investor. Given that they hold more shares than most of us here.

That does not necessary mean they will dilute, they have more shares to grow the company to be a dollar stock soon, And don't forget test results are next month just a stone throw,so buy the dips and you will be smiling soon.IMO

OH MY GOSH G**GLE LOOK OUT DILUTION SELL YOUR SHARES IN G**GLE!!!!They are worthless!!

Our Board of Directors of G**GLE has authorized two classes of common stock, Class A and Class B. At December 31, 2009, there were 6,000,000,000 and 3,000,000,000 shares authorized and there were 243,611,368 and 74,160,683 shares legally outstanding of Class A and Class B common stock.

AMBS is in trouble they have only 1 billion authorized and O/S of 230 million!!

GET OUT GET OUT this is going to $600.00 a share on dilution coming!!

While it does suck that the 1B A/S happened, it does make sense as the only way for the company to get further funding, especially with no revenue coming in (yet) and a weak cash position. Most baby BIOs are like this. Now how AMBS plays their cards will determine the outcome.
