That certainly could have been one of the scenarios.
An important reminder you bring up is without some other companies offering ???, NAK could have just "foreclosed" on our loan and taken LBSR down.

Now, what are those other offers. You mentioned one option. How about the other company(s), with JB's guidance/discussion, wanting to JV with LBSR after NAK is gone knowing the opportunity with ALL our existing claims? That's where we are now.
