I understand your sentiment~~you are really into this stock, but unless you are part of the company, stock is just a piece of paper (cyberpaper these days) The ultimate faith based vehicle in the financial world. Don't fall in love with a piece of paper.Good luck to everyone!

ummm maybe because the offer will shower him in money and he wont have to spend years trying to get what he can off of the patents that can be used for litigation as well as developing those patents. Would you rather have 2 billion dollars now, or spend the next 10-15 years trying to compete with the likes of other super corporations at the chance at 20 billion? Not to mention the cost it would take for R&D,production, and distribution for the patents in the company's possession if they were ever to be developed at all. lol. hmmmm seems like a no brainer to me.
