The reason they would swab a well is to remove the heavier fluids like water to help the oil flow into the well. It may be mostly oil in that pic because they just removed the water that was sitting on top. By no means... and most likely will not stay that way. In that area of Texas their can be allot of water that gets pumped out of the well along with oil.
I would also suggest trying to contact Mr Warren; TECO CFO, member of the BOD and affiliated with the Tanjung group. He could probably put you in touch with "oil experts". All I see here is a bunch of cut and paste old news, wikipedia searches, and agenda's. Might I add nothing but free time to post messages. Must be real busy working the oil business!
