I asked, you stated 1.8 mil or so worth of shares. If this was 6 months from now and you had established you are growing, working a fiscally responsible plan. Hey all good pay out. But from going to making really nothing to 50,000 and picking up some pieces to the puzzle to possibly get uplisted.... Should have held off even 1 q. You guys knew there was a lot of volatility and skepticism around the stock... You knew that. And still they couldn't even wait 1 q? They could get paid 5 bucks a day or 5000. It is all about the timing of it. Downtrend since what ? June? Ppl losing confidence and then boom shares to BOD. Not in the best interest of the common shareholder not at this time.

It stated you bought Punch for 135 million shares. NONE of us..... Let me repeat that NONE of us thought it was 135 mil for the co and another 150 mil to Collins. Also, there was supposed to be millions in commitments to advertising. Stated by you. What happened to that money... Just like I stated on the other board. GUIDANCE can be issued for upcoming q's just like all BB stocks do so you don't take shareholders by total surprise. Keep in mind I still hold here. Even though I am really perturbed by all of this. It will either work out for me, us, or I will have one heck of a lesson in my portfolio for years to come.

Filings show what this company is . A typical pink share selling scheme .For any board member to take a dime is despicable .. Nice work Steve .. keep it up ;-)
